Appointments
Appointments are available between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
You can make an appointment by telephoning or by coming into the surgery. Routine
appointments may be made in advance to allow you flexibility. Emergency appointments
are only available on weekday mornings.
If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know. This will mean that another
patient can be offered your slot.
Emergencies
If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain
or severe bleeding call an ambulance (tel: 999) before calling the surgery. We
have a full out-of-hours cover service. Cover is available between 08.45pm and
09.00am during the week and at all times at weekends. If you telephone the surgery
you will be put straight through to the deputising service.

Home Visits
Home visits should be requested before 11.00am. However, if you feel it is
an emergency, please do not hesitate to contact us, even if it is after 11.00am.
Please provide us with as much information as possible to enable the doctor to
prioritise. Remember, that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the
time it takes to do a home visit!
Results
Please telephone between 11.00am and 12 noon.
Urine and blood normally take around five days; x-rays take up to three weeks.
