Register With The Practice?

It is our policy that all new patients registering undergo a new patient check, which forms part of the registration procedure. Patients will not be fully registered until this check is carried out.

During the registration, you will be asked for your ethnicity. Proof of identification is required for foreign nationals.

The practice is open for you to join if you live in the Lee Chapel South or Langdon Hills area of Basildon. If you are an existing patient and you move home within the above area or within Lee Chapel North, Laindon or the Kingswood area of Basildon you can, if you wish, continue to stay with the practice. Regrettably, if you move outside the above areas it will be necessary for you to register with another GP.
