Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Requests can be made in writing, by fax, or by visiting the surgery between 8.45am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, We are unable to take requests or issue at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours.
You are responsible for making sure that you have sufficient medication and allow two working days before collection (excluding weekends).
Prescriptions will not be accepted over the telephone.
